A beautiful spring day in the hills of Kern County.
About Marta Cavazos-Hernandez
My first experience with photography was in high school with a photography class. My need for a camera was satisfied at the local swap meet for fifteen dollars with an old Argoflex camera that was much older than it’s new owner. Thirty plus years later I continue with that sense of fulfillment when I capture the image that I am after. Our world has so many beautiful images but sometimes we are just traveling too fast in our day that they escape us. Photographs keep those experiences alive and fresh and allow your presence even when that is not possible. My hope is that you find that feeling when viewing my images.

Hi Jane, thank you. I have not been back to those hills since but need to in the spring. The hills are green at that time and if the timing is right that beautiful blue sky.
